Easy Returns and Exchanges
Free Returns on all the gold necklaces, chokers, earrings, bracelets, anklets and diamond necklaces. If you are not satisfied with your product email us at info@lealor.com and we will gladly provide you the shipping label. When returning an item please ship items back within 7 days of delivery. Once item is received, we will ensure that it is in the original condition as when it was sent. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once approved, the refund will be granted.
Exchanges will only be accepted if the customer has ordered the item in the incorrect size. Once the item is received, we will once again ensure that it is in its original condition and we will move forward with the exchange.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Engagements rings cannot be returned or exchanged.
When returning the item(s), please use a well-padded envelope or box.

LEALOR will not be liable for the contents of the package and are not obligated to give you a refund if you have given us a wrong address. In any account that a package is lost or stolen after the package has been delivered, we are not liable for the contents of the package and are not obligated to give you a refund.
